lets hope that if it is only another 10K per kilo and he is getting 200K then he comes in at 90KG sounds like green will come in heavier then he has in prev fights

Mate, I can choose to scoff at the whole article, no skin off my nose, because it doesn't actually state a catchweight was asked for by Green. It states that Flores asked for more money - how do we know Flores didn't offer to come in lighter if Green paid him more? I don't, but I also don't know if Green asked for a catchweight. No one here does.

Dan Rafael is full of **** - he's a fat non-boxing boxing journo, not some source of truth, and I've placed very little credit in anything he's said since he predicted that Mitchell would spank Tszyu all over the shop in their rematch.

Apart from my existing reason to think he's full of ****, he stated that he "can't remember the exact details of the contract, but it was well below 200lbs". But hang on, Flores stated in his video that it was at 200lbs - I assume the video would have been filmed AFTER the contract was signed, no? So which contract did Fat Dan look at?

Very true, none of us really know.

However based on Greens last 12 months or so of 'Dannyweight', it's pretty easy to see an alternate shady side to all of this. Wouldn't you think?

Sure, there is potential shadiness in this, however, Green hasn't asked any of his opponents to come in under their normal weight yet.

Exactly, and thats what makes me believe that it's just another one of Danny's games.

Dannyweight is that itch that just wont go away for Green. No matter how hard he tries, he always needs to entertain it in some fashion.

'Dannyweight' = Green holding a CW belt but fighting at only 5lbs above LHW, not demanding his opponents come in below the CW limit.

However, anything between 176.1lbs and 200lbs is still within the CW limit of 200lbs, so if Flores comes in at 190lbs, he's still coming in as a CW.

Maybe Danny should have added an incentive for BJ to come in weight drained, add to the circus that Danny is running.
