With Manny takin FLoyd to court how do u guys see the case goin??

Forgive me if i got some of the facts wrong, Im not lawyer or legal expert but I see the first 3 or 4 rounds goin to Manny with his team unleashin a solid sounding attack on Floyd but after a few slow rounds to settle in Floyd's team will completely shut Manny down to win a clear cut UD..

Just cant seem to see anything logical that Manny can make a case on...

All Floyd has done is state his opinion that he thinks that Mannyu may be juicing hence askin for tougher drug test applied to the fight. But from what i hear it isn't even really Floyd Jnr that has made most of these claims its Snr and the tests are to be applied to both fighters so where is the crime in that???

Is freedom of speech no longer aloud??

*Note* Im also not tryin to get to involoved in the whole idea about if the tests should or shouldn't be done just simply wondering if u guys think Manny has a solid case or not??

Yep, enough to fabricate press releases saying the fight is still alive when Arum said Thurs was the deadline or fight is dead.

    From Boxing is Scene.

The founding secretary general of the World Boxing Council, eminent lawyer-sportsman Rudy Salud said “I’ve been waiting for them (Pacquiao and Arum) to do that. They have all the right to do that and they will win that case. They cannot deny the statements in which they have accused Pacquiao without any evidence. They are caught. No way for them to get out of that.”

Salud said “now they have to prove their accusations and cannot force him to undergo any test to prove his innocence under any specific system because of the presumption of innocence.” Salud added that in court Pacquiao “can prove that by way of the drug tests conducted by the Nevada State Athletic Commission, which they can present as evidence, that he has been tested so many times and found to be clean of any drugs.”

Manny has a case a very slim one, but it will get thrown out of court and tell both parties to grow up.
