Some fans seem to think Floyd waits to fight opponents when he is ready but history has shown that the majority of his big fights happen when his opponents are ready, not the other way around.

    1. Oscar fought Floyd when Oscar wanted it...not all the years prior when Floyd was calling him out!

    2. Pac fought Floyd when Pac's team wanted the fight. Floyd wanted it in 2010, 2012, Team Pacquiao declined.

    3. Hatton fought Floyd when he felt he was ready for the challenge, he called Floyd out after KO4 Castillo, at 140 Team Hatton claimed they were not ready for Floyd

    4. Mosley ducked Floyd in his prime several times and called Floyd out only after the Marquez fight when he was amped from dispatching Cheato.

    5. Alvarez put out in the media he wanted Floyd and that he dreamed he could beat him...even claiming he'd do it at 150!

    6. Maidana beat lil bro and what did he do next, say he wants Floyd!!

    7. Marquez called out Floyd when he was retired, said he wanted to face the best P4P, Floyd accepted as a comeback fight hoping to get Pac next.

    8. Baldomir called out Floyd after he upset Judah, Floyd was at 140 at the time and moved up for the challenge. Judah still had the IBF title and fans pressured him into fighting Zab as well claiming Baldy was too slow.

    9. Ortiz and Guerrero basically got the fights because they had impressive wins that had the boxing world talking. At the time both guys felt they were ready for Mayweather and called him out on HBO

    10. Cotto and Arum declined Mayweather's challenge at 140 also stating that they were not ready for Floyd. Cotto finally felt he was ready after a dominant run at 154

To sum it up, when Floyd called guys out he never got the fight, he has always had to wait till they were ready or had enough confidence to meet him in the ring! If you accept facts then you know its nothing but the truth.

Now with that said I will give you 3 guys I can think of who have called Floyd out and not got the fight...Margarito, Khan, Golovkin. The only one I consider credible is Margarito who probably could of got the fight if he didn't lose, cheat, or work for Bob Arum.

Cotto's 154 run was overrated, I said that back then in the midst of it (I was one of few who wanted Floyd/Alvarez in 2012 instead of Floyd/Cotto at the time).

However, everyone ranked Cotto #1 at Junior Middleweight. So... I dunno, it is what it is.

Or is it they try to "cash out" against Floyd? We will save a Floyd fight for last so as not to ruin my fighters market value... cause they will most likely be considered an overrated bum after they lose.

Cotto's best chance ever to beat Floyd was at 154, he failed but he did put up a good fight.

So Floyd is this scared fighter who is just tricking us and all his wins are optical illusions. Or all his opponents have an excuse and you buying it?

As much as people don't want to admit it this is the truth right here. Of the fighters who legitimately wanted to fight Mayweather:
Margarito lost directly after calling him out and could never string together 2 good wins without losing.
Williams lost after winning his 1st big fight then moved up.
Khan keeps ducking fighters hoping to talk his way into a fight.
    Martinez and GGG are MW's

regardless of if they fought o not fighters who waited to fight Mayweather or flat out ducked include.
D.Garcia, Pacquiao, Cotto, Hoya, Mosley, Casamayor, Freitas, Hatton, Lazcano, off the top of my head.

They say Floyd didn't fight these guys in their prime, well maybe they shouldn't have been so busy ducking him in their prime
