I can answer:

There are a bunch of reasons, firstly Arum is blocking the fight and perhaps will continue to do so. I don't think Floyd is entirely innocent either, I do not think that he is ducking though, I just think that his arrogance does not let him accept the 50:50 deal, I do think that 50:50 is fair and do not approve Floyd's decision in this situation, but it's just the way it is.

The reason I said it doesn't matter though is because we know it probably won't happen, so what's the point of endlessly debating about it? Most of us have moved on and so should you, stop with this crap and just start watching boxing properly, you are missing fights out like Salido-Lopez, Povetkin-Huck etc over this stupid crap.
