I dont see it like that. I think what you're seeing is him starting to dodge the punch, but not being quick enough. The entire knee buckle is not a knee buckle . Its a follow through of him dodging.

 

Floyd took a jab. He's got an iron chin.

 

Floyd chins get rather overrated by Floyd fans. It's funny when they try to say his chin is better than Pac's while degrading Pac for being a face first brawler with no defense. His chin is good, but hardly great or something worth praising.
