yes but devon is fighting in may, same month as floyd so plenty of time for a september fight, floyd may fight 'champs' but they are carefully selected and minimum risk, not much bigger, harder hitting champs coming off their biggest win like canelo. its not happening mate, something along the lines of floyd v devon in sept, then khan in may. Floyd will never fight canelo, its not floyd m.o., plus canelo is gonna fight cotto in september

you may not think hes done enough, and i tend to agree, but he just beat a top 154 in trout, plus people want to see him fight floyd because he is a genuine threat to floyd, hes young, hungry, much bigger and hits harder, plus he fights in a division floyd just fought at and holds a belt in. dont know why you think he needs to put together a huge amount of punches to beat floyd, its not like floyd throws in great numbers. plus with floyd recent tendancy to back to the ropes and slip punches due to his legs going, makes this a very very interesting fight, and if anyone knows anything about boxing they can see alvarez has a great shot at beating the version of floyd we see fighting nowadays

Floyd prefers to not make the fight fans want to see. That's one of many ways he gathers haters. Cotto, Mosley were both made years too late, Pac not at all. Can't blame it all on Mayweather, but there's a trend.

I hope you are right, but his history shows otherwise.

Stop. Mosley turned Floyd down a few times and so did Cotto.

Why??? Lets be real. This Kid has done nothing to deserve a Fight with Floyd, Hell he's done nothing to suggest he deserves a fight with Martinez.

    You serious, pit?

It's only mega-fight out there in terms of promotion and potential revenue.
