Both great trainers in their own right, but who really is the better trainer.

Floyd Sr. is known for his defensive ability as well as his overall knowledge of boxing strategy and is self credited for teaching his son the defensive skills that made him a champion.

Freddie Roach focuses more on agression training fighters.

FLOYD is on Professor Ignacio Beristian's level..

    Roach is on Goosen's level.

Roach, he is able to adjust to any fighters style, Floyd is pretty much knows one style, IMO Unca Roga is better.

Freddie. Floyd is a very over-rated trainer.

they are both over rated, i have seen a few of roaches fighters look suspect in fights in the past and other than pacman as a trainer he has a losing record. floyd sr is well what i say, his son for the most part works with roger, oscar was who he was when he got to floyd. chad dawson worked with him for a few fights but there isnt anyone i can say they won becuase floyd was their trainer.

They're not overrated, both are world class coaches, look at the transformation they have made to their fighters.

Freddie Roach has made some exceptional transformations in fighters, yes. But what has Mayweather Sr done?
