That would be a fair compromise, Pacquiao would be giving something up fighting on Floyd's terms in May, Mayweather will be giving up something fighting so soon out of jail. Problem is they won't sign a 2 fight deal and the guy who wins the May fight will want a bigger share and dictate everything else so the November fight won't likely be signed till 2016
first fight would be a 50/50 split, and then winner of first fight would perhaps get 55/45 or whatever split on the second fight.
