what would happen if all state declared xylocaine as a ban substance..

how would this affect performance and records of boxers who uses this substance specially those W they have won figthing where xyl is legal ..

is it fair for other boxers who fought in the same state and won without using this substance but get less credit for it..?

    Can you answer some questions?

When is use of xylocaine banned?

When is xylocaine used by Mayweather?

    How is Mayweather violating rules?

I mean you guys are "selling" this as a PED. Let's put it in context.

Your response shows that you don't understand the drug and its use.

It is illegal to use it in competition and after a certain "cut off". It is also illegal to use alcohol in competition.

As far as I know, Mayweather doesn't use it in competition or after the "cut off". Only in training. If you have proof otherwise source it.

Xylocaine is banned in Nevada also in competition. You are implying he violated the spirit of the rules and is hiding from places where the rules are different. This is false.

    It would be illegal?

It wouldn't. I doubt it would be retroactive.

Your last question is a little confusing. You are implying that in competition it gives guys an advantage or guys who don't use it have a handicap. Seems like xylocaine is more a training aid than anything else. Would a guy with a nutritionist get more or less credit?

if xyl is what you said it is..,then why do other states declared it a ban substance?
as for nutritionist, did any state declare that having one is a violation of rules.?

Yea i'm bringing back up ... I wonder what was the point of ending the fight off of the drug testing when it would've been more acceptable to have the fight end over a different reason.

Shane a person who has a direct link to steriods has agreed to do the drug testing, and if that shows up on the 24/7 that's going to have Pac lose credibility.

I'm sure that he'll agree with the terms in the long run but i'm not sure that it's all about the drug testing, i'm wondering if Pac didn't want to give Mayweather the upper hand pyshologically.

    Thoughts???

Weed is banned and would result a NC bc is illegial but does Weed improve performance? it does quite the opposite if you know what i mean. PEO is getting out of hand in all sports. Xylocaine does not grow thicker bone with increase organs larger, thats why a suspension is tied with it. Xylocaine numbs floyd's fragile hands so he can deal with the pain to fight.
