If Xylocaine would be banned in Nevada I think it will effectively ends Floyd's career. There's no point in continue boxing for him if he can only pull a Kevin Johnson because of the pain in his hands.
It's no secret why Floyd only fights in Vegas...
If you have a big injury on your hands and you can't numb it, it hurts far too much to go 12 rounds with a top boxer.

If it's legal in that state, and his opponent agreed with the fight contract it's a fair win. It's not smart of course!

I wouldn't really say it gives Floyd an advantage over his opponent. If anything it gives his opponent a mental advantage because they know he has dodgy hands, and needs xylocaine to box.

What if pac raises the issue of xyl being legal in this state and actually demand floyd that using of this substance in their fight will not be allowed creating a new rule without discussing this with the commision just like Floyd did, will floyd give into this.what do you think?

The thing is, the substance doesn't give him any advantage whatsoever over his opponent. Yes it allows him to box and not feel as much pain when he throws his punches. But it's like a double edged sword, he doesn't feel the punches, but he doesn't know if he is punching too hard, or he is doing more damage to his hands in doing so.
It's very risky on his part as he could damage his hands so bad, it only takes one bout and he could never box again.

I honestly don't know that side of boxing well enough and how it works, whats banned and whats not. But this substance obviously isn't on the same level as something like steriods if a state enables the use of it. I'd assume it would be banned outright in America if it enhanced the performance of a boxer, i'd also assume the states that did choose to ban xylocaine did it of there own accord.

Crack head Jr claimed he was all about implementing world beast practice in boxing,Correct? Most countries and most states of the US ban it ,How can you argue against it? A 16yo got banned from her sport for using it on her horse, Crack jr is using A PED but arguing that he is trying to save boxing from drugs.

You are completely misunderstanding how xylocaine works.

1st correction: Floyd is not using xylocaine the day of the fight. Therefore it does not give him any kind of advantage over his opponent.

2nd correction: Floyd has fought outside of Vegas many times. Look it up on boxrec if you need to. He has fought in Jersey, Cali, Oregon, Michigan...

3rd correction: We have yet to see a proof that it is banned in other states. If could kindly provide it, that would be great. You know what if you could just name one state that has boxing and that bans xylocaine, just one, it would be beneficial.
