    Its the right fight to make.

    Again, look the truth is Maidana earned it. He earned the 1st fight and his his performance in the 1st fight earns him the rematch. If you ask him, he is the one giving Floyd a rematch.

    Kudos to Floyd for not leaving close decisions on the table like that.

    Who else would pressure Floyd like that? I can't imagine anyone giving Floyd a Castillo-like fight except Maidana and that is what everyone wants to see. No one else, outside Pacquiao, makes any sense. Maidana made a Floyd fight something you'd want to invite your casual friends over to watch, that is good for boxing.

    Agreed. He might've been throwing that information out there to see what kind of response it gets. Personally I'd rather see Mayweather - Porter if he's gonna fight a Haymon welterweight, but he's fighting Brook, Cotto's not going again til December, Pac obviously isn't happening, this was the best option for now
