Now that Floyd admitted he was wrong, why are Floyd fans so quiet about the topic?

Floyd fans, how does it make you feel when Floyd admitted he was wrong after you backed him up about his initial feelings on Larry Merchant?

    :think

Time to open a topic that curiously has not been brought up in the last day.

Im glad FLoyd did that. . He gets mad props from me. . .

I mean, Merchant has praised Floyd so much more than he has criticized him? L

    He's an old man too!

Props for manning up and admitting you're wrong. . .

I agree completely. Very classy move by Floyd.

But what about Floyd's fans? What do they think now that Floyd has betrayed their loyalty? Will they see Merchant in a different light now that Floyd has admitted he was wrong about his antics towards Larry Merchant?

Floyd in the post fight press conference said Larry pushed too far and he reacted and Larry should have let him thank his fans vs Ortiz.

Void fanatics on this site would protect Floyd if he was caught sucking fiddy cent off! They would say that Floyd wants a new protein source and he would do anything to win! Etc...

But why so quiet about this topic? Are they torn in betweeen?

I like how Merchant felt no need to apologize himself.

I do have to say that if you supported Floyd acting that way to an old guy like Larry, well then, you might be a *****!

Haha, it's like. . "You might be a ***** if. . . You cheered him on while he yelling at, and disrespecting an old man who has been interviewing fighters, and covering the sport for 60 years. . . "

Apologize for asking a legit question and then getting threatened?

Wrong... Void was mad because Larry was telling the truth about the ending to the Ortiz fight. He let Void know it was a BS ending. Add the fact that the fans were Irate and Booing Floyd..

He probably should have, but Floyd was A LOT more "in the wrong" than Larry. . It was 80/20 Floyd's fault. . .

Larry is old, and old people say, and do things that they don't realize how rude, or bluntly it might come off. . . But that's how it is - you can't just snap on people like that over such little things. Respect your elders!
