    r you guys for real? You know that the general public aren't hardcore boxing enthusiasts like us. People fall for hype. Why would 1 million people pay $50 to watch Floyd Mayweather spar? We know that would never happen. People tune in to his fights because of the chance of seeing him loose. Floyd is good at marketing himself. GoldenBoy / HBO are good at making someone like Marquez seem like a live opponent. They called Floyd / Baldomir "Pretty Risky."

    If people fall for the hyp why did Roy and B-hop do poor PPV #'s??? I'm just saying though, you say people causual fans fall for hype...Some causual fans didnt know that Roy was shot to **** like us hardcore fans...With that being said, just admit that Floyd is a big draw, whether its fans wanting him to lose or its fans that want to see his skill set displayed in the ring...he attracts fans period.

    You cannt have it both ways , you understand that he makes a fight look easy "to wach Floyd Mayweather spar" but people watch to see him loose , i am guessing this is *******s, ipso facto *******s are stupid.

    How many casual fans pay just to watch Floyd? I doubt it's that many. Floyd wasn't much of a PPV star until the DLH fight. And we know why that did big numbers.

    After that Floyd has been marketing him on his undefeated record. That's why people tune in - they wanna see the braggart lose. That's not a bad thing for him, but when he does lose to Pacquiao I think it's going to hurt his selling power bad.
