The penalty for grand larceny in Nevada is up to 12 months.

Well Floyd did say he was going to take a year off from boxing.

This is indeed full of irony. For a guy who brags about money, he is arrested for grand larceny? :rofl Leave it to Floyd.

    Innocent until proven guilty, though.

celebs rarely do all their time specially year sentences....hell be out in 8 month sentenced to probation and finish the rest of his time at a halfway house or just put him on house arrest.

Domestic violence in NV is a misdemeanor.
Grand Larceny in NV is a Felony

So, sadly, that is why. He gets in more trouble for stealing her stuff than he would for a domestic Violence. Since they have kids together, its a domestic violence rather than assault.

It must be one of his house if he let himself in ,wake the **** up people.

The order says Mayweather "let himself in" to her Las Vegas home at about 2 a.m. before looking through her some of her belongings,

To take it a step further...whats even more ironic is the fact that the person he took things from gets their income from him...

It comes around full circle :good
