I didn't see much difference with Floyd from the Maidana fights to be honest, Pacquiao was too cautious and isn't used to having no speed advantage and being unable to land much of significance with Floyd controlling the range perfectly, Floyd doesn't engage much if he doesn't have to, he wasn't fleeing for his life either and he can't for twelve rounds these days either.

1.  The administration of or use of any:

In addition to any other disciplinary action by the Commission, if an unarmed combatant who won or drew a contest or exhibition is found to have violated the provisions of this section, the Commission may, in its sole discretion, change the result of that contest or exhibition to a no decision.
