Floyd isn't fighting outside vegas, the drug floyd uses xylocaine (to stop pain in his hands during fights) is only legal in nevada it's banned everywhere else.

I think that Alphabet belts like WBA, WBC, WBC, and IBF should bid on "paying him" on sanctioning fees. Think about it, when Mosley and Floyd fought no belt was on the Line and it was a very successful fight meaning at this point. Those titles don't mean **** to Floyd.
