I think that Margs is going to try to fight DLH to rap up his 2008. PW will fight someone to keep his name hot...:think Maybe a Cotto fight. That could serve two purposes: 1) Prove PW isn't a fluke 2) Give Cotto a chance to beat the man that beat the man.. Maybe throw those two fights on one card and there you have the last mega card of 2008. Unless of course cotto has a complete meltdown ala Naseem

 

I dont understand a comparison between Floyd and Margaritto,Floyd would make Margaritto look like an amarteur.

Floyd will not fight Margarito. He is waiting for a mega fight. Paq And Mayweather are destined to fight down the road. Anyone with half a brain can see that crock of a fight coming.

Cotto was behind on most cards going into the 11th and that round would have been scored at least 10-7 for Marg.

I think Margarito is a tough challenge for Floyd, he should be able to out speed and out box Antonio but Tony could wear him down with body shot and determination and a solid chin...I would like to see them fight 15 rds because those last 3 rds are Championship rds but that is a fight I would pay to watch...remember these guys only have 40 fights and are hopefully still learning...Margarito is on a high right now and will be hard to beat...Floyd has been on a high

give a decent explanation of why and how the fight would end...

Floyd won't hurt Margo, not in a million years. Cotto hit Margo with everything he had and he smiled and kept coming. As heavy handed as Cotto is and he couldn't get Margo's respect, what makes you think that Floyd would get his respect? I think Williams has the beast chance against Margo with his work rate and size, plus he already did it once

 

Margarito was ahead on the cards.

 

Floyd is done now and there is no point of discussing this matchup. Floyd also had the chance to take care of Margarito when he was active but he didn't.

 

Quite simply, NO.

Floyd could very well beat Margarito. IMO, he would be a slight favourite.

But he would not stop him, even if he were allowed to bring a baseball bat into the ring.

 

floyd would pot shot his way to a win if he stood and fought like a man like miguel did last night his arse would be beat from pillar to post.
