    Cotto is a left hander ... his most powerful punch is coming from his left hand, Floyd is effective punching with both hands and has a bigger arsenal than Cotto.

    You seen often times last night Cotto switching to the southpaw stance.

    His right hand wasn't effective at all ...

    Easy, Cotto has a tendency to get on his bike when he starts eating leather. He keeps a lot of weight on that front foot when he's coming foward. This makes it hard for him to get out of the way of right hands. He would definately eat a few straight rights from Floyd, and would get on his bike. Mayweather wouldn't be the aggressor the whole fight, but there would be times when he would have Cotto retreating.

    there lies the problem, you can't exert maxum power on your shot and move like that , you have to pick your shot no since wasting punches on a guy who you know has a great chin , punch and get out . Cotto was throwing very hard shot and running to the other side of the ring it was only matter of time before he had nothing left.

    I though cotto would box and step to the side and keep turning margarito , I was wrong .

    Highly unlikely. Maro's chin is what won him the Cotto fight.

    Now if Margarito becomes a more of a marketable foe ... then it would make sense for Floyd to take the fight.

    The money has to be right ... if there was a chance for Floyd to make 25m to fight Margarito then why wouldn't he make the fight.

    You can't hold on that 8m that Arum offered him when Floyd made damn near 100m last year alone.

    It doesn't matter about his chin ... he is hittable ... even the hard chin can be dented.

    plus he doesn't protect himself well ... Floyd is an underrated body puncher and make Margarito work hard for anything that he's trying to get.

    Want to know how amazing MARGARITO really is?

    He made Cotto quit in the middle of a round.
    And he sent Floyd into retirement without ever need to throw a punch!

    it would be boring as hell.... it would just be floyd pot shotting his way to a 12 roudn ud...

    cotto didnt control the distance as well as some may think

    he ALWAYSSSS WAS on the move....

    standing toe to toe with marg may have benefitted cotto some
    optimizing his usage of clinches would have helped cotto
    .... these are things floyd is capable of doing

    im not saying cotto is a garbage boxer because he cant do those things....

    but i dont think cotto faught to his strengths yesterday and he is not very comfortable under the pressure at all...

    I don't see how Mayweather can hurt Margo. He might win on points but margo might just knock floyd out.
