All of the hyperbole and the other bull**** gets left in the dressing room, trainers on the ring apron. Tonight is the night. Tonight will be the 43rd time someone tried to dance with Floyd Joy Mayweather, tonight will be the 43rd time someone will be defeated by Floyd Joy Mayweather. Every boxer that gets in the ring with Floyd knows afterwards that what they see on the outside, it's different in the ring. Therefore, as the man said it last night, Miguel, you are ****ing with the best. War Floyd!
War Mayweather. Let's hope for a good fight. Cotto will leave with dignity and respect regardless of what happens.
cotto surely knows there is no point on outside fighting floyd... hopefully he tries to just work the body on the inside which is what cotto is great at that being said if he keeps coming forward and mayweather keeps tagging him we could have a hatton fight on our hands (which is how i seen the ortiz fight if it had gone a few more rounds) AND I LOVED THE HATTON FIGHT!.... BRING ON THE FIGHT!!!!
I've been watching some of the build up this afternoon. BoxNation are doing a segment called 'Cotto at War' which basically chronicles his fights with Judah, Mosley and Jennings. That version of Cotto, may well have stood a better chance. Not that I see Cotto as shot or anything, but he was more aggressive and had a greater snap. I think Floyd near enough wins a shut out tonight. He will have Cotto on ***** street early on. I actually see it being a carbon copy of Mayweather - Mosley.
Cotto's my favorite fighter but lets be honest here Floyd takes it, Cotto's a plodder and floyd's a diabolical fire breathing dragon (nazim), might be interesting for a min until Floyd makes an adjustment like he always does and the excitement will leave the room quicker than hatton can put on 30 lbs
I'm actually thinking Floyd works the body with those hard rights on the inside he likes to use, especially with Cotto's high guard.
