Where is Pacquiao, where is Arum? Floyd yet again calls Pacquiao out, yet again reiterates his desire to make the fight happen. Yet I still read on ESB that he's ducking Manny... Manny, step up, take the test, be happy with £40m (your biggest ever purse) & let's do this.
FIght's not going to happen. Only chance is late November/early December this year. But Pac's got a couple of fights left in him and Arum's not going to risk his "money maker". And Floyd's just come out and said his options are quite low - so he'll likely be retired by the time it's Pac's last fight (when Arum MAY consider letting the fight happen).
When someone offers to double your career high payday and you turn it down you know they are ducking When someone will only fight on May 5 when you are going to jail, then when you get the sentence moved they arent available you know they are ducking When someone puts up countdown clocks to negotiate you know they are not taking it seriously and acting professional
I'm sure this "ducking" Pacquiao haters claim he is doing will end once he is done with his Bradley fight. It's so easy to say that someone is ducking when they have a huge fight in a month. Against a P4P opponent none-the-less.
Q: "What's wrong with an even split that was ok all along?" A: "Answer's simple - he just has to take the test"
Stop. I'm putting blame on both fighters for not getting this fight done. It's more about money and ego than it is legacy and that goes for both. Ego and Money > Fans.
Hang on, team Mayweather were actively trying to make the fight happen for May 5th... Arum & co did everything they could to block the fight... It frustrates me when people blame Floyd. He is the only one trying to make the fight.
