ok man, seriously, i'll try to make this simple

NSAC uses WADAs illegal substance list

    NSAC uses WADAs lab procedures

NSAC uses NSAC's testing schedule (when the actually take the tests)

    USADA uses USADA's testing schedule

    NSAC's testing schedule != USADA's testing schedule

Why don't you go pull up this testing schedule?

The USADA schedule is random, and no-notice. It requires providing a 60 minute timeslot every day during which you can be reached by an Anti-doping officer, among other things.

    http://www.usatf.org/about/legal/antidoping/ISTChanges.asp

Obviously the NSAC does not implement such a policy.

What's wrong with Void? Why does he expect Pac to do something that no other pro fighter has ever done in boxing history? Void does not want to fight Pac, and he wants to save face.

It must be tough being unable to read. I too would be angry if I couldn't read. Don't worry, there are great adult literacy programs out there.

Void will always reject a Pac fight. I knew that from the beginning. Void, Sr. let the cat out of the bag.

    That's WADA's policy that.

And adding to this Manny has said he would do any random urine testing anyone wanted.

But I'm more interested in this

How is USADA developing procedures on their own??????

Hell even from your link it says:

"There are significant changes in the WADA Code which USADA is required to implement."

That sure sounds like they don't get to develop their own procedures.

I think a lot of people are confused by the definition of random:

–adjective 1. proceeding, made, or occurring without definite aim, reason, or pattern: the random selection of numbers. 2. Statistics. of or characterizing a process of selection in which each item of a set has an equal probability of being chosen. 3. Building Trades. a. (of building materials) lacking uniformity of dimensions: random shingles. b. (of ashlar) laid without continuous courses. c. constructed or applied without regularity: random bond.

That was pulled from Dictionary.com. Now, if you know when you have to take a drug test, it's easy to cheat. Both fighters would be subjected to the testing, not just one fighter, so I don't see how it's unfair.

Mayweather has agreed to the terms for Glove Weight, Fight Weight, and Weight Penalties (in the millions), he just asked for a drug testing company of his choice and the method and Manny has flat out refused to concede. I don't want to hear, "He's willing to take blood tests at his choosing." If that were the case, IT WOULDN'T BE RANDOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love both fighters. In the ring they've made some of my favorite memories as a fight fan. But Manny's refusal on this point makes me suspicious. I'm not accusing him of cheating but the weak excuses like being afraid of needles and losing blood in a sport where you lose blood through cuts on your eyes, on your cheeks, your head, your face and your mouth is weak.

Void does not want to fight Pac for any amount of money. It's that simple.

You lost everyone right there. :patsch Pac started at 16. Henry Armstrong won belts in 3 and almost 4 of the original weight classes, the equivalent of 5 or 6 divisions today, IN ONE YEAR! Oscar has titles in 6, Floyd in 5, Duran should have been 5, why single out Pac?

If that convicted ex-felon Floyd Sr (busted for drugs). didn't baselessly accuse Pac of juicing in the first place, would we even be discussing the matter?

The meaning was that they can do whatever they wish over and above what the WADA dictates, provided they mean the WADA guidelines. You still haven't addressed the fact that while you claim that NSAC follows the WADA what they really do is use the WADAs list and lab prodecures, but not their full testing regimen, otherwise they would require the same random, any time, no-notification testing that the USADA does.

Obviously the NSAC does complies only with parts of the WADA policy. It is the parts they do not comply with that are at issue.
