Part in bold means what? What is provided they mean WADA guidelines? They either follow them or they don't?

No one has claimed that NSAC has a random urine out of competition or in competition rule. Probably only baseball does that.

However the point of all this bullshitting by all the *****s was their contention that NSAC testing is crap yadda yadda yadda when in fact it follows WADA. Yall won't admit this, and instead move onto the next rationalization.

As for the random testing, NSAC has stated that they have random procedures in place and that they are open to changing it as needed for this fight or future fights.

That's never been a problem with Manny anyways (urine wise), so keep harping on about it why don't you?

    ok

    - Floyd wanted the fight at 147 since Pacquiao just fought cotto at 145. Asking for 147 withought catchweights is a way for floyd to say " Pacquiao doesn't want to fight me coz he doesn't want to fight at 147" Guess what Pacquiao said 147 is good. Mayweather **** bricks

-Pacquiao wanted 8oz gloves. Floyd agreed. Signs of floyd manning up? Let's see

-Floyd wanted the fight somewhere in march KNOWING pacquiao will be running for elections in the philippines, not giving pacquiao any time to train and campaign at the same time Floyd thought... He'll surely back out... Pacquiao said sure March is good. Floyd **** bricks again

-Floyd wanted to move up the weight to 154 for a wiggle room... who the **** is he kidding? He thought **** there's bigger dudes out there that might call me out. N/M

    - Floyd said Pacquiao is on roids... Pacquiao tested Negative right after the cotto fight.

    - Floyd said we will do blood testing. Pacquiao said sure lets do it but with a cut off date. Floyd saw silver linings in the cloud and said PACQUIAO IS GUILTY COZ HE DOESN'T WANT TO DO WHAT I WANT HIM TO DO.
Seriously... who the **** is floyd mayweather to be insisting something to Pacquiao even though Pacquiao already tried to compromise.

    - Arum made some adjustments and gave floyd a deadline... They said NOPE.

You have to go back to what Void, Sr. said. Void, Sr. said that he did not want Void, Jr. to fight Pac! Void refused to fight Pac "before" the Cotto fight! Void did not and does not want to fight Pac, man, he is afraid as Hell, esp. after that his father said! Void wants to save face so he makes up the new rules of boxing for Pac. It's a shame, but Void is very insecure. He knows he will lose, Void, Sr. said as much! It's clear. Void will never fight Pac.

After all the talk from Pacquiao's camp about what they'd be willing to do, their final offer is "let the NSAC decide". Translation: Nevermind, we're not willing to do anything but two scheduled **** tests like the NSAC always does, and we know damn well they ain't changing their protocol for this fight. Why not just tell Floyd to **** himself to begin with rather than dangling bull**** concessions in front of everybody's face?

Why should Pac have to be tested like no other boxer in boxing history? Why didn't Void demand the same of his other opponents? There is a reason for such.

I will be very surprised if Void were to fight Pac.
