Want to see Pac/ Void? Watch the second round of Mosley/Void fight! Mosley had Void hurt, but suddenly stopped fighting in the very next round! Listen to Mosley's corner telling him to slow down between rounds! Seemed he was advised to slow down! Mosely tired after two rounds?! Why was that? Read that the tests that Mosley took were not the same as what Void took. I smell a rat.
By the way I post the thread twice with two different headers not to fool anybody just to give a book with two covers type of feel
Pound-for-pound king and “Fighter of the Decade” Manny Pacquiao has vehemently denied a report filed by a certain Timothy James on one of the Pacquiao websites claiming that he had agreed to Floyd Mayweather Jr’s demand for a 14 day cut-off for random blood tests for a fight to push through.
Second round tells it all. Pac would kick Void's arse all night! Void will not fight Pac unless Pac agrees to throw the fight! Pac will not do that.
This is an interesting insight. And I'll be sure to bump this thread when it happens. My personal opinion is that Nevada would not try to strong arm Manny into doing anything quite this blatantly. What they would do likely is find some reason to implement a strategy that would satisfy both fighters. And if both guys aren't coming to an agreement then I can see them coming down slightly on Floyd's side to put pressure on Manny. But as much as they want this fight they can't cause Manny to lose face. Cause without him there's no fight and no money. I think Lampley was 100% percent on the money when he said that all the negotiations surrounding the blood testing have to be done in private if the fighters are serious about making this fight. Cause the minute someone goes public it means that they are just protecting themselves from blowback and the fight is all but over. The fact that it was Manny who was doing all the talking last time and even went so far as to break a mediator imposed gage order tells me that he was the one that was working his hardest to not make the fight happen last time round. I don't see how brow beating him in public this time round would change things.
floyd originally wanted no cutoff date he wanted all the way up until the fight same as mosley agreed to 14 days was floyds compromise
The man on the street has no say in the matter. Their views aren't as important as you seem to think they are. Like I said, if people are not capable of having a degree of common sense and critical thought, they're idiots to begin with. Like some on this forum.
All you are is a Floyd hater. You've posted practically the same thing three times. There were reasons why Floyd got hurt and reasons why he didn't get hurt the rest of the fight. Floyd's smart, don't base your assumptions off of one round of a previous fight. Mayweather vs. Pacquiao is going to be completely different than Mayweather vs. Mosley. (styles make fights)
I don't recall Pac, his father, and his uncle slandering Mayweather and accusing Mayweather of using PED's with no more proof than "uh, he looked too good against Hatton". The ****ers are still doing it today. Pac should tell the whole family to shove it up their arse out of principle. He doesn't need the money. Just come out and say "I'm not dealing with ****s like that, regardless of how much money is involved." The whole family is ****ing horrible. Floyd can say he's playing a character (which to some part may be true) - but what about his old man? Is he playing the character of an idiotic crack addict, while really being like the Dad out of the Cosby show at home?
He already looks like a cheater to objective observers. You have to be pretty slow to buy all his flip flopping nonsense and being near Arum does very little for his credibility. There or no legitimate reasons to can a fight of this magnitude over drug testing unless your dirty.
I honestly have no idea whether or not Mayweather's stipulations would supercede a governing body such as that in the State of Nevada. that being said, I agree with a good portion of the TS's statement. It's pretty simple in the United States---in the court of public opinion, you're guilty until proven innocent..that's how it works...with PED's augmenting as a hot topic in all of sports, for Pacman to finally come to agreement will save him the headache of having to regurgitate the same questions being asked to him and make those whispers of him possibly dabbling in performance enhancers dissipate. I think you might be the one not using common sense nor critical thought in your analysis..a fighter who at 126 was getting rocked by other excellent fighters (i.e. marquez, el terrible, etc,) starts jumping weight classes and can seemingly march through every fighter like he's stepping down in weight classes...No one in the history of boxing has done this with this level of effectivity; it's obviously going to raise many flags in the court of public opinion buddy...hyperbole? not so much.....
You post absolute garbage..I'm sorry i don't like to normally take personal shots on anyone on this forum, but you obviously bring nothing to the table as far as a true analysis...None of your points hold any validity to them; try the old addage think before you speak, champ...
Don't worry, once blood tests becomes a part of NSAC's testing protocol, team Pac will be glad to do it. It's just that they don't want Floyd to be above the commission and dictate others what to do just to pleased him. And once that happens, we'll see if Floyd really wants to fight.
