Floyd clowns Canelo for getting caught using PEDs and says he would have beaten Tommy Hearns

One thing that cannot be levelled at you is that your gullible...so that just leaves being economical with the truth...or just plain lying..

 

I'm no fan of Manny's but that statement is an exaggeration.

He was still in his teens when he fought at 108.

The majority of his stoppage wins were TKOs.

He only ever knocked out 3 guys at 140 and above.

He never fought anyone at 154.

There was zero evidence of any wrongdoing.

Floyd was very worried about Manny. Yet we're supposed to believe he'd have fought and beaten Tommy Hearns? Laughable.

 

The more Floyd fawns as Pacquiao's accomplishments the more it shows how great Pac was.

This screams of attention whoring.

 

Well ginger nuts definitely has his faults Floyd but at least he doesn't, as far as I know, beat up women.

 

I am sorry but that is such bull**** people make up because they don’t like Floyd. He beat a lot of guys at their peak and others did not want to fight him when they were at their supposed peak.

Mosley refused to fight him when he was Lightweight World Champion and Floyd Junior Lightweight world champion. He destroyed the outstanding destructive Diego Corrales at his peak, defeated Castillo at Castillo best twice when Castillo was Lightweight champion, beat up Zab Judah at his best and the lust goes on and on.

 

It is an insult yet he handpicked and always fought someone older or not quite as good so he had an advantage all the time. And he was good, but he never fought that real challenges when they were top fighters to really push himself. He always had this advantage, and yet he was good enough to beat them all when he fought the guys he fought. His whole thing was being undefeated so he could have this argument. And it works him a little, yet we are not fooled. That will always be his argument " I was undefeated none of the others were" . And the counter to that will be " you never fought anyone at their prime or who was great in their prime.

 

I wasn't referring to the above.

I was referring to the timing and the conditions of his fights.

Floyd's one of the greatest fighters who's ever lived, and he's got an excellent resume. But if you saw his career play out, you'd know for a fact that he'd never have fought Thomas Hearns, let alone have beaten him.

 

Nah, he did it. For example, he faked retirement to let welterweights soften each other up or move up like Paul Williams. Placed roadblocks in fights too.

 

You'd be surprised how many people think he's clean, even on these forums...
