Agree with the post above. Mayweather 5 years ago...would beat current day golovkin. Canelo, pacman etc we,re no match for Floyd. Would be a close one but mayweather would do enough to get the win imo.

He had a great ability of nullyfying opponents power. Think golovkin would have got to him at the time Floyd went back to the ropes too much but when he was young enough too move for 3 minutes he,d have beaten him. We all know he wouldn't,t have took the risk tho.

 

Floyd wouldn't fight GGG like Conor. GGG has legit power over the entire match. Conor wastes his energy in the first few rounds.

Floyd is too small for GGG. GGG might not have the same skill set, but he's well balanced and a lot more power. Remember Floyd fought Canelo at 152. So Canelo having success against GGG doesn't mean much. A younger Floyd could beat GGG if they fought at 154. At MW I seriously doubt it.
