    how?

manny was higher on the p4p charts than oscar
oscar had the size advantage over oscar
oscar was the one "picking" on the smaller opponent

cmon man... your full of hot air.... stop being a manny fan and be rationale.... floyd truly does deserve to get the bigger piece of the pie.... whether it be 55-45, 60-40.... whatever they settle on... floyd deserves it

50- 50 come on now ! Get off this Diva **** ! In boxing the only leverage you need is a win over the other guy and since neither does have one over the other there is no need for this 60-40 crap !

55-45 sounds about right in favour of mayweather.

like Juggernaut said, this fight is already fragile as amir khans chin

any small demand in favor of one side and the fight is off.

pac deserve 50/50 in this fight irregardless of floyd's greater PPV. it was not much of a difference if you would compare pac-hatton and floyd-haton. pac-cotto and floyd-mosley was almost the same buys take into consideration GBP's huge investment in ads and commercials. floyd-jmm did a bit more than pac-clottey even though clottey is an unknown in the general boxing fans.

i would understand if floyd would demand something like 52-48 but 60-40 is just plain outpricing himself of the fight. he agreed to a 50-50 before and now that pac agreed to his 14 days term, floyd is now moving the goal post again.

you people are so stupid its amazing...

if manny was so great how come pac vs cotto didn't outsell floyd vs shane?
if manny was so great how come pac vs clottey didn't outsell floyd vs jmm?
if manny was so great how come he didn't sell more tickets in either of those 2 fights?

all that other p4p, legacy, size, **** is ****ing irrelevant.... ITS ALL ABOUT WHO MAKES THE MOST MONEY!

    edit:

manny may have gotten away with it against cotto & clottey but he's running with the big dog now and he don't play that... it is clear at this point that floyd is the DRAW and deserves 60-40

If Floyd is so great, how come he never fought Cotto or Clottey?

Mayweather does make more money this isn't even a debate.

Hopefully they can come to an acceptable agreement.

what do you mean how? It matters alot.

If Manny wasn't higher on the p4p charts than Oscar, if he didn't have a huge size disadvantage, Manny wouldn't even have gotten 20% against Oscar. Instead, he got something like 34%

So it mattered alot, and you just demonstrated my point.

I am being rational, but it seems you're too incapable of seeing things in shades of grey to understand it.

This is what mayweather has done to boxing fans, you guys are reduced to thinking that A FIGHTERS GREATNESS IS MEASURED IN PPV NUMBERS.
And you wonder why fraudettes get mopped up and down this forum so much, you guys are truely ******ed. Stop taking that damn xylocain to the brain man :-(

And as has been said before, these figures need to be taken into context, for which there is no mathematical formula because it relies on qualitative data.

Leaving qualitative data in the hands of *****sexuals like you will yield the same result no matter what because you are too far gone to ever be objective about Mayweather (or Pacquiao).

This is why you mindless flombies are so easy to take the **** out of. :hi:

Can you tell us the marketing expenses for both fights? What were the expected PPV sales for both fights?
