Floyd doesn't deserve 60/40. If anyone does, it's Pac.

Pac gives fans what they want by fighting the stearnest competition available.

Floyd fights Marquez and then cheats by coming in too heavy at the weigh in.

Regardless of who is favored in this fight, it should be 50/50.

i dunno. People love watching pac fight i mean who wouldn't. But Floyds media persona sells the hell outa fights. People who normally wouldn't buy will buy to see him get knocked out. Works like a charm

We haven't seen numbers from Saturday's fight yet but hypothetically lets say that Pacman vs Cotto only did 500K buys. Would you still believe that Floyd doesn't deserve a bigger cut?

Floyd has nothing to win fighting a smaller fighter in Pacquiao.

Manny needs this fight, not Floyd.

Its not about who is the better boxer, but rather who is the bigger draw. And until Pac-Cotto PPV numbers come out, Floyd has the leverage

Then how do you explain Pac vs Cotto doing much better in the box office than Mayweather vs Marquez?

Neither Cotto nor Pac is really a media person. ****, english is their second language.

The announcers were saying that Cotto vs Pac surpased Floyd vs Marquez.

Funny you fail to mention that PBF out sold Pac with 3 common opponents. That has to be in your argument or it lacks credibility.:deal

It's a shame a fighter's purse has become open to public knowledge...
If only it could be as easy as the casual fight fan think's.... :?

It rally doesn't matter how many buys he did the fact is that against the same opponents PBF drew more. If PBF had fought Cotto he would do just as good numbers and more and his track record has shown this.

I still don't know how they would know how many buys a fight got during the live telecast before the numbers have been counted. The PPV numbers tend to be released a few days after the fight. I think we all need to wait to see them before having any discussions over who deserves more money
