Even in Hauser's original article is says the USADA collection agent reported arriving at his home and seeing signs of him be administered an IV.

My things is if USADA is in his pocket, theN they reported it, just so they could cover it up with the TUE?!? Sounds off to me.

Just read the article by Dan Rafael. It seems USADA told NSAC about the retroactive TUE's 19 days after the actual incident. It was actually NSAC who then reported it to Top Rank and Pac's people. It was only when Top Rank requested more information that it was found out that Mayweather had only applied for the TUE on the 19th of May instead of before the IV was applied.

It goes on further to say Pac was declined a TUE when he applied for an injection for his injured shoulder because it was not made in a timely manner. That suggests there is a serious double standard in the treatment from USADA in regards to the 2 fighters. Pac makes a request before and is declined but Mayweather doesn't even request it until weeks later but is given a TUE, that's some serious bull**** right there.

it's not like USADA is just a person. it is an agency with a lot of employee and anybody can sacrifice and spout any wrong doing. just like the CIA.

The only problem with that, is that it was the NSAC that denied Pac the shot of toradol because he did not complete the paperwork correctly, in fact what he turned in showed no injury. The USADA in fact show they approved the Tornado during his training. All of that boils down to Pac and his team for A. Not completing the paperwork properly to the NSAC in the 1st place. and B. For not requesting the TUE when he was denied the shot by the NSAC. All of that should have been irrelevant anyway, because he didn't re-injury it until the 4th round, or was it the 3rd. Now that is the story ,The NSAC denying him, that was put out at the time of the fight. Are they ever gonna get their story straight, now they are pulling Mayweather into a PED scandal to cover their story.

I don't really know much about Pac's shoulder, I always thought it was just an excuse for the loss, so never looked into the details surrounding it.

But whatever the case the fact that Mayweather got TUE's weeks after the incident doesn't paint a good picture of the events and of Mayweathers relationship with USADA. It clearly states on USADA's website TUE's need to be applied for in advance.

You're missing my point though. The incident came about in the 1st place because USADA's collection agent reported signs of him being administered an IV, you're right the whole thing stinks. But it's the story that stinks. I have no doubts that some parts of it are true, but story as a while makes no sense.

The thing I don't get is why USADA reported the incident to NSAC, apparently as a part of Mayweathers deal with USADA this was not supposed to happen voluntarily. So either NSAC requested details for some reason or someone at USADA messed up and gave details to NSAC when they shouldn't have.

But how it was reported is inconsequential. That fact is Mayweather did use an IV and didn't request a TUE for this when expected to and only applied for one after being caught using an IV. Would he have applied for one had he not been caught?

None of this proves that Mayweather was using PED's but it does put greater scrutiny on the relationship between Mayweather and USADA. Their arrangement heavily favours Mayweather by being able to request retroactive TUE's which is against USADA's normal rules as well as preventing results usually being reported to other bodies and preventing the results of failed A tests to be reported.

Good point, meanwhile this site is bring hijacked by Mayweather haters demanding for his head for cheating, when you mostly right, in that the only real issue was the USADA allowing him to do TUE after the fact. With that said, I'm starting to think even more this is a publicity stunt. At the end of the day there is no evidence May was doping, and the whole world is talking about it.

do they have proof? or is it just someone corrupt saying they thought they saw a mark on his arm where it was used? or thought they saw this.
if they don't have this proof then nothing can/will be done.

i'll let that sink in for a second.

Floyd wouldn't risk it. especially as it was only nutritional.
