There's a reason for that because you can't refute it. Pbf will always dictate distance in this match up period. He will control the range with his superior reach reflexes and footwork that's the real story of this match up. So until you can tell me how the 2009 version of Pac solves this then it's best that you continue to ignore me and bow out of this debate because I know boxing and I know what I'm talking about.

 

Pbf beats anyone on pacs resume and he beat jmm and didn't need 4 fights with him either. Lastly and more importantly he beat pac in one of his easiest fights in years. Maidana gave pbf a harder fight than Pac did let that sink in.

Since when did 2009 Pac become a master at controlling distance, cutting off the ring and fighting on the inside? Back in 2009 Floyd's speed and reflexes were way better than the current Floyd. Once Floyd times Manny trying dart in and out it would be a wrap. Its not like Pac had a plan b at that time so he would end up getting countered all night long. I said this before here but its highly possible the fight gets stopped due to the accumulation of accurate counters and punches on Pac. That's really how a lot of Floyd's fight went back in the day when he stopped opposing fighters.

Exactly but pbf haters don't understand this. Pbfs ability to control distance was always the key in this fight. Also you're spot on about pbfs reflexes being even better back then. Pac was far more one dimensional back then and didn't have a plan b all he did back then was trying and overwhelm you for the most part. The older pac is much more savvy and has a higher ring iq than that 2009 version.

I can just imagine. I get you love Floyd and obsessed for whatever reason with him. But I can just imagine you watching the fight over and over again, Which is absolutely insane because it was such a bad and boring fight. But you probably watch it and by round 2 fall asleep everytime.
This is one fight people who didn't see it live, must start watching and be like WTH was all the hype about? This fight SUCKS. It's like a bad game of tag except one guy keeps tagging the other, and that guy keeps running away lol
