I agree with all of this
I'm happy about the win, but I wanted to see more of FLoyd and have him display his skill more and get the legit KO

None. I called the fight earlier the same way. Mayweather would outclass Ortiz and ko him. Mayweather's accuracy and speed is too much for Ortiz.

If searching weren't disabled I'd pull up my call.

What did surprise me was in how unpalatable the end of the fight was. But I knew from round three on Floyd would start dominating with combos and knew as in the mosley fight Floyd wouldn't run.

I feel the same way. The ending sucked balls. But it was Floyd's night. I think Floyd flipped on Merchant because he too feels the night was jinxed with some bad mojo. Seeing himself on the screen he sure as hell thought, "that's not how I wanted to win."

I forgot to add this. We haven't seen combos of this caliber from Floyd in years.

The fast start and some combinations surprised me but I was also surprised that Ortiz got him on the ropes as much as he did. I thought Mayweather would have been able to stay away a tad easier.
The cheapshot unfortunately did not surprise me.

The only thing that truly surprised me was the combination that he threw. I expected him to start a bit faster (maybe not quite as fast as he did), and to be the stronger guy on the inside, but I did not expect him to sit down on a combination. Especially the fact that he was throwing freely like that so early as opposed to waiting until mid-fight. He put on a great performance last night.

Floyd was considerably out weighed and walked Ortiz down whenever he wanted.

He was willing to throw combinations

He was hurting Ortiz early on.

The ending apart the fight was a good fight and shows Floyd still got it. I'd love to see him STAY active now for another couple of fights he can only get better!

Was really suprised to Vic get so frustrated so early!

Not waiting for Ortiz to counter and throwing right leads on the front foot. I thought he was missing shots more than usual though

I have re-watched it and through rounds 1-3 Floyd wasn't all that impressive picking out single shots on Ortiz who to be brutally honest went in there with the worst game plan since Ricky Hatton... Infact Hatton did a better job. Before the headbutt Ortiz had Floyd against the ropes with his hands up and body totally exposed, why wan't Victor hooking to the body??? unbelievable.
It wasn't until round 4 when Floyd started throwing combinations that I thought it wasn't going to last much longer... despite what unfolded towards the end of the round.

The fight was paid for...I don't even see why everyone is debating whether the fight was dirty, or legal, or whatever! It was fix! Ortiz, KO'd, sitting on his butt smiling.
