The question should be asked the other way round.

Floyd is willing to give Pacquiao a 14 day no-testing window before the fight.

Roach claims he only wanted 5, and that Pacquiao only feels weak for 3-4 days.

You cant blame one & not the other.

BOTH are a fkn disgrace to the sport because both individually hold the power to make this fight happen & neither have did ****.

Only fanboys of each will take one side & try blame the other.

    Thats all.

    There is nothing to defend.

To claim such is insecurity about your own feeling towards your fighters actions in these negotiations.

Let me explain this for the slow kids again:

Mayweather agrees to Ring Size and Glove Size that favor Pacquiao
Mayweather agrees to the financial split that people believed he wouldn't
Mayweather agrees to the outrageous $10 Million fine
Mayweather agrees to the Pacquiao time table for when the fight should happen

Mayweather asks for random blood testing, Pacquiao agrees, then backs out, Mayweather compromises all the way down to 14 days before the fight. And I am supposed to believe that Mayweather is the one ducking? yeah, that makes perfect sense to a *******.

still waiting for a rebuttal. But I am guessing I won't receive one from a ******* that has substance regarding the issue of Pacquiao obviously ducking.

You have no rebuttal, usual when *******s are presented with facts that get in the way of their Pacquiao ass licking.

Atlanta is in denial like the other floydboys who likes to spin things around. Look at what's going on with Floyd himself. All his bull**** is coming back to him.

I disagree. If anyone ever tried to impose conditions on me over and above the normal standard conditions that both I and my opponent have always gone by, I'd tell him to **** off as well. Pac and Floyd fight by the rules. Pac is willing to fight by those rules now. Floyd is not. It's easy to blame both sides whenever there is a conflict, but in reality one side is usually more culpable than the other. In this situation, Pacquiao is already bending and agreeing to a different testing situation, which I don't even think he should be doing. It should be normal rules, same as it always is for those two fighters and everyone else. The blame undoubtedly lies with Mayweather.

One thing - Floyd did agree to the 10 mill fine.
