Pac stated his plans in politics. Pac needs time to campaign and be present for the elections. If the fight happens in March 13 that gives him 6 weeks to campaign. The fight can't happen in May due to the elections. If Pac wins the election when will the fight happen? Never!

So Mayweather waits till May on maybe fighting in November since Manny will be working in politics not doing boxing prep and may want a tune up? That is just stupid.

So it is a completely different situation and yes it would be ducking.
