Is it fair to say that Pacquaio will be the best fighter Mayweather Jr. has ever faced in his entire career?
If so then how do you say Mayweather automatically beats Manny Pac? -and by ko of all outcomes?
I say that this fight is 50/50 as this will be the best fighter Manny Pacquaio has ever faced as well. Less bruising style than Cotto, but harder to land on, and sneakier with counterpunches.

I don't think this fight is a "gimme" fight for either fighter.
As Miguel Cotto used to say when asked about the outcome of other fighter's fights, "The winner will be whoever wants it more."

What a STUPID response Cotto had. Are you quoting him to show how stupid he is? Does he think he lost to Manny b/c Pac "wanted it more"?

    lol

Why do the only questions which aren't based on bias on the general forum pull ***s like you out of the woodwork?

To answer your question, yes. I believe when Pacman and Pretty Boy meet, if they do, they will be fighting the best fighter they have both fought. It will be very climactic. Pacman obliterates his opponents and Mayweather outboxes fighters so easily he makes it look boring.

Right now I can honestly say it would be Pacquiao by UD or SD.

For me it all comes down to styles. I can't express it enough, styles make fights. Floyd has the skillset neccesary to exploit many of Manny's weaknesses, I can't say the same for Pac in concern with Floyd. To give you an idea what I mean by placing importance on styles; I think Dirrell would give Hopkins a tougher fight than Adamek. Now Adamek is hands down a better fighter than Dirrell. However, Hopkins has fought guys like Adamek and took them apart. He's fought guys like Dirrell and struggled. So for me, it doesn't matter how good Manny is perceived to be. It's all about his skillset, his strenghts, and weaknesses, and how they match up with Floyd's skillset, strenghts and weaknesses.

True, but has Floyd ever fought someone with Manny's handspeed, footwork, stamina, and offensive angles before?

This is where the fight evens up for me.

Not saying Manny will win either, Floyd is a better Marquez, but also one which could sit on his punches longer than Marquez, one that might not brawl like Marquez when Pac doesn't ease up. Marquez had to fight to get Manny off of him.

I just see this fight as very hard to determine.

I can see where you're coming from. Manny is a special fighter. If anyone can overcome a style and skill dissadvantage, it's Manny. I wouldn't bet on it though.

Castillio and shot DLH kicke his over-rated ass already. Imagine what Pac is going to do to him. Possible a death in the ring

Yes I do believe Pacquiao will be Mayweather's toughest opinion like Mayweather will be Pacquiao's toughest opponent.

I never said Mayweather will definitely beat Pac, if anything I picked Pac over him before he fought Marquez. Right now it's 50/50 for me and will be difficult to come up with a confident prediction when/if the fight is signed.

Based on their mentality both fighters want it more, Pacquiao always shows up hungry and Mayweather does the same, both guys WON'T sign to fight anyone if they can't prepare for it 100% mentality and physically, their consistency is what makes them great. Will is there, this is a battle of styles and who can master it better.

Yup, that's what people said Foreman is going to do to Ali after his fights with Frazier and Norton.

Floyd's chin is not close to Ali, Manny will knock this over-rated fraud out and expose his glass jaw
