I am on Floyd's side in this as I think he has the right, as an athlete who competes in a dangerous sport, to request the drug testing he is requesting.

    HOWEVER

I WANNA SEE WHAT FLOYD FANS COMPREHEND WHAT MANNY IS TRYING TO SAY. BASICALLY I'M SAYING TRY AND THROW EVERYTHIING OUT THE DOOR AND TRY TO LOOK AT IT LIKE A PAC FAN (NOT A *******)...

1ST THE NEEDLE ITEM...HONESTLY, I KNOW PEOPLE WHO HAVE PHOBIA'S OF NEEDLES AND I HAVE SEEN THEM LITERALLY RUN OUT OF THE ROOM BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T STAND THE SITE OF NEEDLES. I HAVE ALSO HEARD OF PEOPLE FAINTING FROM NEEDLES.

2ND IS THE PRIDE OF MANNY. HE SAYS HE IS CLEAN AND HE HAS NO NEED TO TAKE TESTS THAT HE IS NOT REQUIRED TO TAKE. I BELIEVE HE MAY THINK THIS TO BE TRUE-FAIR ENOUGH RIGHT? MANNY DOESN'T WANNA TAKE THE TEST BECAUSE HE DOESN'T HAVE TO!

3RD IS THE USADA AND HOW MANNY DOESN'T WANT TO USE THEM BECAUSE OF THEIR PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES WHEN IT COMES TO TESTING... YOU CAN'T BLAME MANNY FOR NOT WANTING TO BE TESTED AT 330 AM WHILE HE IS SLEEPING AFTER A RIGOROUS TRAINING DAY

IF THERE IS ANYTHING I'M LEAVING OUT, PLEASE ADD IT...

If you can't make an argument using any facts that stand out on Pacquiaos side than what are the reasons those 3 items and any other items presented are excuses or good reasons?

    are you serious?

    1) the tattoos, blood test vs Hatton
    2) no he doesn't have to, but he does have to if he wants to clear his name. Why is he being singled out? his recent accomplishments. Is that enough to accuse him? That depends on who you're a fan of.
    3) They could agree to not come during a certain time. Unless there are PEDs which can be taken at 2 and be flushed out by 8, for example. Onus is on them to prove it.

I can't help but think you have an agenda. This was waaay too easy.

First of all its Floyd who has a problem with testing, not pacman.

Its floyd who wont abide by the rules of NSAC testing, which all boxers are suppose to do.

that is why the fight aint happening

Does talking in a Pac fan's perspective give you withdrawals and force you to write in caps?

Make the Pac argument look weak and easy to counter... But then again, that's not hard to do, with or without an agenda.

SORRY if I sound sarcastic but these are the reasons his fans are using AND I TRULY AM TRYING TO MAKE A VALID ARGUMENT OUT OF IT..

Giving Manny the benefit of the doubt when it comes to needles...****, MAYBE HE REALLY IS AFRAID OF THEM AND IT REALLY DOES PSYCHE HIM OUT IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER..

When it comes to his pride why not try and give Manny the benefit of the doubt and say "ok he doesn't have to prove **** to Floyd, he is right in standing up for what he believes in"

and 3rd..why blame him if he don't wanna be waken at 3am for a blood test...why blame him if he don't want to risk brusing his arm a week before the fight, only to drop out because of the injury...

If you have anything more you wanna present on Pacquiao's side than please bring it to my attention as well as the rest of the posters:good

I didn't mean any offense, sorry if I came across that way, it just seemed odd, especially from a Mayweather supporter. Frankly I can't think of any legitimate arguments for Pac at this point, which would explain how the tide of public opinion has flipped completely on him.

Pride is fine and good, but the problem is that Roach already OKed the tests long ago. And there has been many excuses to this point, only the latest of which involves pride or principle. This was only mentioned after numerous other reasons flopped.

Pac's team have handled this very poorly.

Manny has every right to say "no" also..there is nothing saying HE HAS TO SAY YES...He can deny the tests if he wants as they aren't part of the testing procedure conducted by NSAC

Floyd fan of course but these are reasonable concerns

    1. Why should Manny have to prove he's not on steroids, he's never once tested positive
    2. Manny can take the tests but he doesn't like doing it, its not comfortable for him, he shouldn't be put in an uncomfortable situation just because of suspicions should he?

....reasonable but holes can be poked through them

One thing I simply can't get myself to do is to find some way to reason through Pacquiao filing the defamtion suit.....:verysad

The only argument Pacquiao should have used was, "This sort of testing is unprecedented, I have never tested positive for anything illegal, and I don't have to submit to Mayweather's outrageous demands."

The fact that he brought in so many other things that are complete bull**** such as a fear of needles and superstitions, etc., just muddied his case and made him look worse.
