Damn! This is the Floyd the world needs to see. What a humble Mo-Fo. I love the "Money May" character, but I also love this character as well. I don't care which one is real. I just want this guy to finish undefeated!

Well said, Mayweather has taking marketing himself to a new level. He's the most recoqnized fighter in the world.

    Here I am.

I don't know what body frames and getting robbed has to do with what went on in boxing in 1981. Pryor was offered a fight for $500,000 against Leonard. He declined. He wanted more.

He didn't get it, but got his big fight (and payday) against Arguello a year later.

Pryor was an excellent fighter at his best. I've never said otherwise. I only take issue with people saying Leonard "ducked" Pryor since Leonard did offer him a fight. A low-ball offer, maybe, but still 10 times Pryor's previous career high payday that he got for beating Antonio Cervantes.

Find it amazing Floyd can have respect for Pryor's style. Good to see him giving praise to legends of the past, instead of degrading them like he usually does

Pryor vs Mayweather would have been great
Whitaker vs Mayweather would probably been one boring fight :dead

Gotta laugh at people saying "this is the real Floyd", "the one on 24/7 is just a character"..

It's not just on 24/7 that he disrespects greats like Ray Robinson and Ali. He's done it in plenty of other interviews, through various forms of media.

Hell even in this interview he squeezes in another dig a Sugar Ray Leonard, a guy he continuously disses for his loss to Camacho as a 40 year old. He also trashes Pac in this interview saying he got knocked out twice and lost to Marquez twice.

He said why he respects Whitaker and Pryor, because he feels they did'nt get the respect they deserve, which he feels he also doesn't get. I bet if they got the plaudits of a Sugar Ray Leonard, Mayweather would be just as jealous and bitter towards them as he is towards Leonard, Ray Robinson, Ali, and now Pac..
