You didn't see the fight mother****er. Lying *****, lmao. You just started watching boxing. Most of us saw it live. You can't change boxing history. Every day you post the same juvenile, phony ass opinion on purpose. What I can't figure out is why you don't want any respect for your boxing opinion, and why you mother****ers lie, lmao. A lot of you mother****ers just lie for no reason, and its mostly to get a reaction out of Floyds fans.

I agree with this. Augustus was not the toughest fight for Floyd, he controlled it; HOWEVER, Augustus might be the toughest fighter he faced. EA took a tremendous beating and kept coming, even shattered his eardrum.

I've seen floyd's career set and this was a top fight.

Augustus's problem isn't robberies. Infact people who say that probably haven't seen the fights they claim were robberies.

What burton's problem was, was his mentality. He was a journeyman boxer because he was ok with it. No pressure on his career meaning he could play silly beggars in the ring.

His choice of management didn't help him either.

He showed in this fight he had talent to compete at a high level but I don't think he was anything special to be honest. Talented yes, the ability to be a top ten contender? Yes again. But due to choices, management and mentality he never showed us any semblance of consistency at a high level.

Chavez was a tough fight for floyd as well.

I think based not that fight and the castillo fight.. Its why he was reluctant to fight margarito, a guy with hell of a chin that keeps coming and doesn't stop trowing punches.

i agree with you 100% poor management can ruin great fighters careers.. Marquez is a more recent example of this

You based on the second Castillo fight in which a healthy Floyd schooled??

With that said Margarito is nothing like Castillo. Slow, plodding, and blocks punches with his face. He's way too slow to apply any pressure. You need footspeed to pressure Floyd and Marg didn't have it.

I agree with all of this. It's why you always saw Augustus clowning in the ring and seeming not to care too much

That did hurt him in some fights but not others. There were some legitimate robberies during his career, as is wont to happen to journeyman types: Teddy Reid, Courtney Burton, Diaz, Barrientes. Still, many of his loses are cases where he did just enough to lose.

I was referring to the pressure, chin, volume... Margarito's earlier career had a little more speed and better head movement (ex. Martinez fight) plus he was a lot bigger and stronger than Castillo and Agustus.
Paquiao fights nothing like these guys but I feel that PBF has thinks twice about fighting because he also brings volume, chin, pressure PLUS speed and southpaw angles.
I know every guy has different a style and different skills...

I feel you. I'm sure a lot of them are robberies, but I was agreeing with more of his potential

Floyd has stated for years that EA WAS HIS TOUGHEST FIGHT EA made him dig deep even if he was beating EA ass, so why would anybody disagree with that, I dont get the reason that people hold on to the JLC I fight, and totally forget or reject or neglect the fact that they HAD A REMATCH

Reluctant to fight Margarito? You just made that up. Floyd has not fought any Top Rank fighters since he left Top Rank. Margarito was never the type of fighter fighters were reluctant to fight, lmao. The man used plaster for Christs sake. Pure evil.
