Wait...so you saying Floyd was in his prime when he fought Corales and Canelo? One was near the beginning of his career and the other the end. Just how long does Floyd's prime last compared to everyone else? Can you do the math please

I don't care about Alvarez, Chavez, Corrales, Castillo or Hatton. None of them are future HOF's in my eyes, and if any of them creep in, my whole point is that he never beat any Great or even high/mid level HOF'er at or near their prime.
Pacquiao is Top 15 of all time in terms of actual greatness, far, far higher than Mayweather.
    Regards to MayPac:
Pac was semi-shot. That's what having an aggressive style rising the weight classes being in wars, being knocked out in one of the most brutal manners ever, being slowing down notably since 2011 (especially in the opinion of Mayweather himself who mentions this in such an emphatic way), being a former light flyweight where the expiration date of guys who spend the majority of their career in lower weight classes is quicker, risen up to welterweight where your power, speed, athleticism etc. are echelons lower, having a legitimate shoulder injury that Ellerbe was aware of, a bad camp due to the injury, unable to take a legal painkiller, against a guy naturally bigger than you who apparently was dehydrated and had the T/E ratio of a 128.5 year old man who got an IV which is commonly used in sports to mask PED use. The official medical fact is that Pac had shoulder surgery for a torn rotator cuff, a significant tear. All of this showed in a lacklustre fight that was won on the basis of a couple of very light jabs.

Except none of that applies to Pacquiao since he was just as strong if not stronger at welterweight than at the lighter weights hence why he was accused of using PEDS...Performance Enhancing Drugs!! Sounds to me that you just got a bunch of excuses, he signed to fight May 2nd it was his job to be ready, and if he is was so far past it when he fought Floyd then why is Pac planning to fight Broner and not retire?

Hopkins got wiser and wisdom only comes with age. His skillset never changed. He just used it differently. His fight game was 60 to 65% mental. That don't erase the fact that he was 39 years old when he fought Oscar. He never got better physically.

The physical side never played a part in Hopkins game. How else do you think he has had such success at LHW?

So you saying Hopkins got stronger, faster, quicker as he got older? Peak physical and mental capacity is what it means to be prime isn't it? Don't know about you but 39 year old BHop didn't look stronger or faster to me

Oh absolutely not. His strength, speed, power, athleticism etc. were echelons greater at the lower weight classes. His rise in weight classes is down to his greatness, hence why he's around 15th all-time in myrankings for 'Greatness'.
The fact is, Floyd in the opinion of virtually all other than the demographics was on the PEDs.

Semi-shot doesn't mean you suck. Duran at 160 for example was semi-shot. I'm actually disgusted and underwhelmed that Floyd couldn't even knock the semi-shot former lineal Flyweight champion, now comedic welterweight version, out.

How can physical ability not play a part in boxing?

When exactly will people consider Floyd shot or way past it? If someone beat him on his next fight, would anyone give them credit for beating a 40 year old shot to death runner?
