I think it's probably because of his style of fighting.

He fights so defensively and boxes mainly to win rounds (and not to destroy an opponent with 1 shot) that he puts himself in a good position to not lose a fight.

Lower percentage of getting hit by a wild shot/late rally flurry, compared to a offensive type fighter.

That's one of the most frustrating boxers to face, and the most frustrating to watch, if you are the fan of the other boxer. Your guy loses on points.

So, the next time you see the dude fight, you just want to see him get KTFO.

It probably feels like how Tantalus felt.

    So far, yet so close.

I do mostly because he's wasted alot of what he really could have been. Mayweather has the skills to be a Sugar Ray Leonard but he choses safety first. At lower weights, I loved watching Floyd and told myself wow, this man is going to rule the P4P his whole career. But then it happened, he changed his style, more scared to lose his 0 then to go out like a man. Men in general are brought to this sport because of the Alpha side in us. Mayweather's Alpha side, has turned in a limp noodle. I still like watching his fights because of the sparks of greatness he once showed.

Floyd very cleverly made himself the villain of the sport. People tune in to see the cocky ***** lose. I admit to being one of those. Don't get me wrong, I love watching his skills in the ring, but I would be lying if I said I wouldn't like to see him get KTFO. Humble pie is a wonderful dish and he needs a nice big slice. :D

I want to see Floyd humbled a bit. He and his fans put so much stock in the protected 0 in his loss column. I also think, more hope, that after a loss he will be more willing to take on bigger risk to reestablish himself as one of the best.

I would also not mine watching Pac lose again, so his fans can realize he is still human.

  8. there were alot of haters at the D.C. conference yesterday. And then I got a chance to see a bunch of *******s together in person for the first time....oh my God it was a sad sight to behold. All they did was group together and scream pacquiaos name over and over and over and over throughout the whole conference, and I swear on that ****. *******s are pathetic. The haters did just what they did, they hated, instead of going on mosleys side of the theatre and wishing him luck, they stayed on floyds side and just screamed stupid **** at him. I thought you guys looked sad on here, but seeing it live and direct made me feel sorry for yall.

He's going to retire undefeated with big names on his resume and a champ in mulitple divisons while only claiming the WBC titles....I call that choosing to be great.

He's the best fighter i've ever seen...you can say what you want about him being defensive if Floyd Mayweather hurts you and decides he wants to take you out your out of their...unstoppable from 130-140 and come May 1st he's going to remind the whole world on how he got to this position in the first place...

    Top 5 ATG.

Of course people do, there is always haters. When the Patriots were on the verge of the perfect season, many casual fans wanted the Giants to win. People have a hard time recognising greatness.

People want to see Mayweather lose because he markets himself that way. He wants to be the ******* so people will watch in hopes he gets KTFO because he's not humble, he disrespects his opponents, and makes outlandish claims. How much of this is the "real" Floyd Mayweather I don't know for sure, but the image he puts forth is hard for a lot of people to like.

Im a fan, so no I wouldn't like to see him beaten. But, I would have liked to see him take on Cotto, Margarito etc a couple of years ago. I think he had the ability to beat them all, but you never know and we missed out on some big bouts. I think everyones opinion of him would be that a little bit higher if he had fought the big guys at Welter. He was becoming more popular around the world after his victory over Hatton.

Yes, I'd love to see him lose.

He deliberately makes himself comne across like a total ****. He can be alright on occasions but it's got to the stage with him that you wonder whether the nice guy or the twat is the real Mayweather.

I'd love for Shane to put a beating on Mayweather and bring him back down to Earth with a bump.
