Floyd started fighting at Welterweight in 2006 but has never managed to actually fight the guy rated #1 opponent whether it is Manny or not.

Floyd's highest rated available opponents according to ring magazine by year:

    2006: Margarito
    2007: Cotto
    2008: Margarito
    2009: Pac
    2010: Pac
    2011: Pac

Also for what it is worth he also missed Kostya Tsyzu in 2004 during his time at 140.

Interesting to me how the self proclaimed greatest fighter ever gets away without actually fighting the best.

Right. Please let me know what year I am incorrect about?

If dealing in facts such as who was the highest ranked welterweight according to ring magazine makes me a troll then I guess I am

Well when he went to WW. He went straight for the champion after fighting Sharmba. Then after fighting the former, and current champion, he went after the biggest fights in DLH and Hatton.

:patsch Give it a rest and stop being such a ****ing *****. He can call himself anything he wants in order to hype his fights.

And by the way, have you noticed anything about these fighters that they have in common? Let's see if you're really paying attention... Look deeper... Look behind the scenes.

Doesn't change the fact that Floyd had to have someone else do it for him.

Right Floyd should have beaten all these guys so no need to actually do it.

    That is flawed thinking.

You mentioned those years for a reason though didn't you? Second, it was your last two sentences which made you guilty of being a troll.

You're still not paying attention, son.

Look at those WW guys and tell me what they all have in common.

By the way, there was a fighter calling out Cotto and Margarito from 2007-2009 but never got the shot at Cotto or a rematch with margo, although he is the one who beat him the first time. You know why? Look at what they have in common and tell me, young jedi. :deal
