Floyd has no acceptable option except a past-prime Mosley...

:huh I think you're being a little over-sensitive. Only an imbecile would try and say Mosley isn't past-prime, it's a simple fact that he is. That must be recognized. Still, it's a very exciting fight. Two of the world's elite in the same ring. I'm thrilled about it, considering the Floyd vs Nate Campbell and Matthew Hatton rumours.

I've always been consistent in my view of this fight. And yes, Bradley at 140lbs is a much tougher fight for Floyd at this time.

Styles make fights...Mosley is not the most dangerous man at welterweight for Floyd at this time...Pac is!!

This will be an easy fight for Floyd.

I do think Mosley is going to come even more focused than in any other fight. This would greatly affect his legacy if he won.
However its that long layoff that im worried about. Thats why i think there should be a easy tuneup fight.

I think Bradley-PBF would be sick!!!
Bradley is a great mixture of brawler-boxer.
He has incredible stamina and speed which would bother PBF. He is like a complete Zab Judah only with a little less punch.

everyone does recognise it and when I saw the title I instantly thought "oh great another Floyd bashing thread" but I read your post and realised it wasn't the case.

there have been a few posters (I dont mean you) using this againt Floyd, which I dont think is fair considering how good Mosley looked against Marg.

I agree the Bradley fight would be great but I certainly wouldn't choose it over pbf mosley.

Bradley is still young, he can allways fight Bradley after Mosley. Fighting Bradley before Mosley would take away from the Mosley fight. Plus if he fights Bradley then comes to agreement with Pacman then he won't end up fighting Mosley until next yr.

Mosley looked great against Margarito. It is a great fight. Really hoping it gets made.

Why do you say Mosley is past his prime?

Floyd haters should give him credit if he takes the fight. There should not be any excuse of Mosley being old. Mosley seems to be on top of his came adding some new skills to his offense. At the same time Pac hatters should thank manny for pressuring floyd to take the tough fight.

Because he is. Mosley is very far removed from his prime. He is the same fighter who couldn't cut off the ring effectively against Miguel Cotto...if he had trouble closing on Cotto, what are his chances against a fighter who uses the ring as effectively as Mayweather? Slim to none.

Sugar Shane is a fighter who loves to bang in the middle of the ring...Margarito was tailor-made for him. Floyd is not.

Easy fight for Floyd...prime or not.
