Sure, and Pacquiao is SUPPOSED to come in clean. The drug tests are to make sure of that point.

You don't even have a legitimate reason to even think he wouldn't be clean. That's a HUGE difference compared to FLoyd, who DID NOT MAKE WEIGHT, and Pac, who has never tested dirty.

Yeah right as if theres now way around those tests.

How could Pacquiao test dirty when he's never been adequately tested? Current testing in boxing can't catch anyone who has half a clue of what they're doing. Hell, I hope Pacquiao is clean because I like the guy and it's bad for the sport of if he's a cheater, but the tests are a step in the right direction for the sport.

There's been a way around every single test ever conducted in the history of the world. That doesn't mean we should stop trying to conduct the best tests possible.

:patsch So UA's are inadequate now? Man...how in the world diD Toney, Jones, Vargas and a slew of others ever get caught! You really have no clue how bad todays testing is or how many people test clean when dirty. Meaningless words.

The testing is good for the sport, no one is arguing against that. The problem is, testing EVERYONE before a fight. It's costly and could be more then some lower level purses. Who's going to foot all the testing bills? The state commisions? The promoters? Mayweather? Yeah, right.

The fact of the matter is, Pac has NEVER failed a test nor has he given anyone legitimate reason to even suspect anything. And no, saying NO to someone's demands when all they had to do was petition the Athletic Commision doesn't make you guilty. Only idiots believe that.

    1. This isn't an all-or-nothing proposition. Just because it's not economically feasible sport-wide at the moment doesn't mean it isn't viable at the top level where the purses are much larger. This is going to have to be top-down if it's ever going to happen.

    2. Again, you are highly unlikely to get caught if you aren't being adequately tested.

    3. Who said that?

    4. Only idiots make up points just to tear them down on their own.

Pac should be the LAST ONE asking for weight penalties, seeing that he has come in overweight in not 1, but 2 fights. He was over the DIVISION WEIGHT limit(something FMJ never did) and even lost his title on the scales. So there is also a HUGE difference between FMJ coming in overweight and Pac coming in overweight as well.

Sure, I can agree with this. THink Floyd will do anything to "Clean up the sport" like he said? Hell no. If he was serious, he could have petitioned the NSAC remember. He didn't, and instead went public with inuendo and accusations.

Again, who are you to say what's adequate? And if testing is so bad, why hads there been people caught?

Sounds like you and a ton of Mayweather fans. "If he's not guilty, why is he refusing the tests?" Don't tell me you haven't read that ahundred times or so.

Thankfully I didn't need to make that up. It's been repeated ad nasueum by the floyd fanatics from day one.

Irrelevent. WHEN did he come in over weight? A decade ago? A little different then FLoyd doing it the fight BEFORE the first negotiations. :patsch

What you are saying is a big misperception.
Pac has won his last 5 fights --- and has greatly improve, but not to the level that many are perceiving --- especially in the skill dept.
Now Marquez has also improved and I see him stronger and much more disciplined that Pac --- especially in the skill dept.
Pac has become faster, stronger,--- but is still a wild man.
He has been fighting opponents who basically had difficulty hitting him.
When he backs up --- he is done.
Bingo ---- Marquez can do that.

No , he doesn't. He gets his ass kicked by manny. if he schools manny , he'd have fought him by now, and he wouldn't have asked for blood tests.

If Floyd comes in at 147, he doesn't pay a penny.

Floyd wants to force Pac to take additional drug tests whether he's clean or not.

    It's totally different.

The 10 million $ clause is meaningless. If Floyd respects the weight limit, he doesn't pay 1 $

Even if Pac never touched a PED in his whole life, they will still shove a needle into his veins multiple times, something that 99.99% of other boxers are not asked to do.
