Best skills belong to Rigo or Lomachenko. Best at putting it in the ring together however is Mayweather who not only has great skill but the experience to just make it his fight.

Beating an injured 2015 version of Pacquiao convinced you of this?

That's when his skills became better than those of Willie Pep, SRR, Pernell Whitaker, etc?

I agree with a lot of what you post except beating Hearns ..

Hearns too fast too long and knew how to box. Hearns himself stated he would need to keep floyd on the out side.

with that being said Hearns to educated a fighter, along with his physical gifts, would be too much for floyd.

The Floyd that fought Chico was a 130 lber. He'd get KO'd by the first right hand Tommy threw, partially blocked or not.

LOL no. He can't even throw combinations. Can't fight on the inside, he can only defend there. Can't throw body punches. Gets tagged if he tries to trade. Doesn't commit to shots, and when he does he throws himself off balance to fall into a clinch.
He's a poor mans James Toney/Bernard Hopkins hybrid, nowhere near as skilled as either.

Rigondeaux is better on the outside. Toney is better on the inside.

he is not yet properly tested. that was not the best pac after 5 years, ko6, and not 100% healthy with all the messed up training camp. no one may properly test floyd in his era because he properly picks and times his opponents and impose all undue advantage before and during the fight just to protect that "0" which is not level playing field. doing all the dirty tricks does not go well with him having the best skills especially with that ortiz fight. if he fought all styles at their peak and won then we could have the best of the sport but not even of this era.
