Pac might have more power, but Floyd chin is much better. This is evident when, Floyd get's hit and don't go down. Mosley hit him with two shots, that could of dropped any welter weight in the game, and Floyd took it. Maidana rocked him with a serious shot as well, another shot Floyd did not see coming, which connected flush on the chin, and he took that one to. I seriously doubt Pac would of had taken either one of those punches, without hitting the canvas first. People talk of Pac knocking out Floyd, but I can also see Floyd knocking Pac out as well.

Floyd obviously disagrees, because he'd be an offensive minded fighter if his chin was MUCH better than Pac's

Floyd could be packing glass...we just don't know for sure.

Just because you can take a better punch does not mean you should allow yourself to be hit. The less punishment you take the longer you can stay in the game. Just ask B Hop.

Getting hit by Mosley and Maidana, who's know for having power, has already proven that he doesn't. If he has a glass chin then Pac damn sure does. Marquez has a better chin then Pac.

I think its pretty obvious that Pac has a better chin.
Mayweather looked very hurt from single shots, where Pac has walked through fire and taken way more shots (just his style)

Floyd does have a good chin. The few times we've seen him get hit flush, he's recovered extremely well. Corley got him pretty good, Juday as well, but those Mosley shots...not sure how he didn't go down, especially the second one. Gotta give the guy his props. It's like it's front page news across the world when he gets hit flush...in a sport where getting hit is what the f**k happens. For those who think it's easy to avoid punches or don't appreciate the science of defense, please do me a favor and try your hand at sparring, if you haven't already. You'll have a greater appreciation for boxing. Little bit off topic, but hey...

Maidana is tiny and Mosley was well past prime.

Pac has been KO by one hitter quiters. Early in his career and late in his career. How is it obvious he has the better then chin? Marquez put him down twice in their last fight. Once on his back and face down....lol. But obviously Pac has the better chin.....:yep Marquez chin is better than Pacs. Pac has been KO as as many times as Khan has. Yet Khan has had to carry the stigma of having a glass chin, so how does Pac chin not fit the same bill?

The last to go is POWER. Mosley being in his prime has nothing to do with it, and Pac is little as well. Stop making excuses and just accept it.

I don't see how any sane Boxing fan can think Pacquiao has the better Chin. We have never seen Floyd face down and out cold. Pacquiao's Chin was Shattered.

Floyd hasn't been hit clean enough to prove his chin is solid, although when he does get hit he's usually hurt... Not convinced that his chin is as solid as some think it is.

Punch resistance prime for prime, how many times did Cotto hit Pac? How many times did he hit Floyd? Who looked more bothered and who got caught more cleanly? Pac's chin isn't granite, but he leaps into punches (or is weight drained). His chin served him well enough in brawling his way through the greatest ex feathers of our generation, several of which were ATGs. Floyd doesn't ever leap into a punch. Floyd looks more bothered by single shots than Pac usually does, but I think both can be knocked out with a shot or two if they land just right. With Floyd, they never do land just right. neither has the chin of Rios or Margarito, who can just walk forward and stupidly absorb punishment, hurting the opponents hand with their chin.

I'm not saying Floyd has a Margarito type chin, but when comparing Pac and Floyd. How could one not say Floyds is not better?

Yes it does....Mosely in his prime beats Floyd and possibly KO's him. Mosely was a faded man when he fought Floyd and still rocked him bad. Floyd has done well with taking shots but even Amir Khan has taken bombs and survived. Manny has taken bombs his whole career and survived almost all of them. Not saying he has a better chin, but at least we know how good his chin is...it's still uncertain with Floyd. I think they have the same durability tbh.
