    His point was that Lineal means to be unify all the titles. Not beat the man who beat the man.


    Like Casamayor is lineal but Campell is unified.

    If that was his point then he was wrong, but thats not what I got from it. Seems to me he was clumsily stating that Hops solidified his reign mush further that Fraud did. . . so his reign meant much more - and thats clearly the case.

    If you go even further Hopkins was in his lowest weight class. Mayweather was in his 4th weight class. Having only fought there 4 times in his career. While Hopkins spent what? Most of his caraeer at middleweight.




    You can't bash Floyd for him coming in when Baldomir was champ. He came when Judah was champion, not his fault Judah lost.

    For me the lineage means holding the belts and beating anyone that trys to take them from you. So I am wrong about the lineage.

    No its not. He's downplaying Baldomir because of his loses.

    Baldomir had a lot of those losses because he fought purely for money to support his family.
