Canelo was going to fight Williams, Floyd was afraid to speak his name.

I don't think he'd have gotten in the ring with Tommy Hearns for any amount of money.

Oscar didnt nearly have him.. no. it shouldve been a UD, that it was even a split decision shows how corrupted boxing is, had it actually been a little closer oscar wouldve won on the cards. fing unreal.

Well I see Canelo being a much tougher fight than those two. I can't really see Mayweather winning, he's a bit too chinny for Canelo in my opinion.

It's funny how Cotto was "overrated" and would've been easy work when in his prime according to *****s, but now (after two beatdowns) he's considered a quality win (which he is), and by Floyd's own statement gave him one the toughest fights of his life.

Having said that (to remind *****s on how things can turn out), Floyd is right!
I expect Canelo to give Floyd a very good fight with a fair chance to hurt him and potentially switch things around from how the were suposed to go.

You don't get it. That Williams is as good of a fight as Hatton or Cotto probably better.

Is Floyd really bragging about beating a shot Cotto? Well Floyd, Canelo beat trout who completely outclassed Cotto....

Trout beat Cotto much more impressively than Mayweather did.
Canelo had the balls to fight Trout after he upsetted Cotto.

    :!:
    :!:

Each smiley represents the number of times Cotto was brutally KTFO before Mayweather fought him.

Floyd won basically every round against Cotto. Cotto may have won 2 rounds. Cotto's success is overblown in that fight dramatically.

Not sure about the Hatton fight, but Mayweather's performance and win aganst Cotto is not very impressive considering Cotto was dominated by Austin Trout, and Mayweather got busted up.

Trout was the 154 champ, had a more impresive win over Cotto than Mayweather, and is a lot stronger.

In fact, Mayweather would probably never fight a taller lanky fighter, especially after the DLH scare.

    Wells lets see...

    Trout is taller and bigger.
Trout performed better than Mayweather against Cotto.
    Trout is in his prime.
Trout had never been KD let alone KTFO.

When was the last time Mayweather fought a young prime champion with no blemishes and who hadn't been in brutal wars before he got to him?
