You can find blame in almost any situation but there's a clear cut party who bears most the weight when it comes to who has more fault for this fight NOT coming off...and that is clearly Floyd and company. Sure....we can pull straws to why PAC can be held accountable but Floyd's got a ****in laundry list at this point.

Oh...kind of like when Pac says (reluctantly)..."I want that fight...because, that's what the fans want". But..."err...uh..talk to my promoter".

Both he and Floyd (as well as GBP and TR) are benefiting from this long drawn out rivalry. Because, unlike nearly every fight each has been involved in, for the past few years, THIS is a fight the FANS actually are clamoring for. In the meantime, both are racking up wins, belts and money recycling mutual opponents (mostly Pac in this regard, Floyd at least once), while the anticipation builds and builds. On Sept. 17 and Nov. 12, we have another chapter in this 'master plan'.

I, for one, am glad to see them both still fighting, though. It's like having the Super Bowl twice a year.

 Floyd is really scared of Pac

Just take a look at Haye. After the shitty performance Haye gave vs. Wlad, he is now calling out Vitali. Haye is trying to cash out against Vitali and then retire. That is what Floyd should do. Stop with the nonsense demands (that only the *****s think are legit) and take the fight. After the fight, the one laughing to the bank will be Floyd. As floyd claims, he is his own boss so he should be taking more than Manny since Manny is gonna have to share with Arum. Floyd can do the same, fight Pac and go once more on retirement. After all Floyd is favored to beat Pac if the fight happens. Either win or lose, come back after another 1 1/2 years and fight another worthy ($$$$) opponent and cash out once more. But I guess his ego is too big to notice the money that is waiting to be made.

I kind of get what he means. He's trying to assure the fans he'll try to get the fight made, but because there is no contract or anything like that he can't be sure.

As someone who's been more on floyd's side with these failed negotiations, this is a bad look. He would have been better off just saying he's not talking about pac and that he's focused on this fight. He completely lost control of the pr battle he was actually winning once he came back. If one were to look at all of the facts prior to this past week and a half from an unbiased standpoint, the excuses were coming from Pac moreso than they were from Floyd. Now this backtracking nonsense reinforces the idea that he's scared, I still don't think either one of them is scared though.

nah floyd lost the PR battle once he started that additional drug test which led people to belieev that he is that worried of pacquiao. slightly bounced back when pac's team didn't just say "**** you" and instead tried to play with floyd's mind games. but ever since floyd's vacation, his team's denial of negotiations and now his bull**** lies, only the die hard of floyd fans can say that floyd still is credible.

The OP purposely left out that bit of information. Rather then just posting up all the quotes to let the readers form there own opinions. He like others nit pick the things that fight there agenda, leave out the links and other comments that don't fight there agenda and then harp on the one thing that fits there agenda. Then when you say yea but what about what he said here 5 seconds later. They say stick to the topic lol.
