well he has been saying that, but he screws up and says **** like in the first post.

He's said on multiple occasions like on ESPN and on Conan that he wants the fight, but Manny has to agree to the test.

Conan asked him will he ever fight him and Floyd said hopefully, but didn't sound too sure. I think he's not confident in Manny agreeing to the test right now.

he shouldn't have said it the first time, but we are learning nothing new.
Floyd has always said if manny agrees to the test then the fight will be made.
He can't just go out and say, "Oh Manny you're next" when he doesn't even know his stance yet.
