Pac has stated this before that he has agreed to all the demands. It is still very clear that Pac still needs to improve his English but what the guy then said regarding the testing, they accepted all the way up to the day of the fight, agreeing to get tested but the commission denied it due to complications made it more clear that Pac has already accepted Floyd's demands a long time ago.

Regarding the 14 day issue, the guy who was speaking was just trying to state what was talked about during the second negotiation. Pac has now agreed to full testing both blood and urine since this was floyd's new demand regarding OSDT.

I have an idea, why not call Koncz or Pac and aslk them to explain. They way you floyd fans ask mere posters to explain **** that ANYONE else has said is getting riciulous and pointless.
