To be honest...this is true. I don't actually believe Arum wants this bout to happen, well not before he milks Pacquiao a bit more, bouts with Cotto and Margarito. I put the majority of the blame on Arum during the negotiations the first time around, even though everyone messed up first time around.

If the bout doesn't get made this time...the blame goes to Arum and Mayweather. Arum for his stupid deadline and constantly speaking crap throughout the "negotiation" period...and Mayweather for being stubborn (will most likely give his decision after Arum's deadline).

 

You do know floyd can sign the contract and totally derail arum's plan, right?

I'm sure Mayweather is being stubborn, but in all fariness, Arum is the worst promoter in boxing not named Don King during contract negotiations. The guy is an out and out scumbag.
