    After Marquez Pacquiao 3, why wasn't a 4th fight made? Why did they talk about that fight being made when Floyd called Pacquiao to make Floyd Pacquiao, and when did Bradley come into the picture?

    Depends on what you base that on, I guess.

    Pac has achieved more in terms of opposition faced and accolades. Yet, Floyd is considered the better (more talented, skilled, etc.) fighter of the two, by the majority.

    Floyd is higher up P4p now, but if the fight doesn't happen. Then people will rank Pacman higher because he has the better wins
